The minute you’ve paid, filled in all of the required details ánd your correct adress, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
This might take some minutes and please ALWAYS check your SPAMbox (because the confirmationmail might have taken the ‘wrong’ turn)
So What’s Next?
It will take about 1-2 weeks to prepare, safely pack and sent or ship your order (We usually do our best to do this within 1 week though).
We are sending your package with our national postal service and you’ll receive a track and tracecode by mail the minute we’ve sent your package.
We will sent you an email (or whatsapp) when your order is safely delivered at our postoffice and is now ready to go to travel allll the way to make you happy;-)
What to do when a product didn’t arrive or arrived damaged?
In case your product didn’t arrive at all let us know, so we can contact our local postservices. Maybe something went wrong or the package is still somewhere to be released.
If you did receive your painting but it arrived damaged, we ask you to make a picture of your product and the damaged parts and packaging! Please sent very detailed pictures (max 5 MB) to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what exactly is wrong/damaged.
(Note: this only applies to the material part of your purchase, not the emotional one;-)
We will get back to you and see what we can do to help you out.
The minute you receive your product, you will have 15 days to send us an email about the damage.
If you didn’t receive your package within 30 days from ordering, please let us know.
The paintings are real art and are always made with great care, love and divine energy.
But please note that colours you see online (at your phone, laptop or pc) are NEVER the same as in real life! Every device is different, every light is different.
We do our best to take the best possible pictures and upload the best files of our products.
Nevertheless it still happens you had certain colours in mind when you’ve ordered online. And they might be slightly different in real.
Please don’t beat us up on that;-)
Can you pick up your order personally?
If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, it might be possible to pick up your order at our physical store.
Note: This is ONLY possible with paintings larger than 1×1 meter.
Please contact us at email@example.com or leave a note with your order when you wish to pick it up in person, so we can arrange a date.
